CentraCare is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider to work with our Integrated Pain Management clinic, primarily in St. Cloud, MN.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be providing comprehensive pain management services by optimizing medication, physical therapy, behavioral health, lifestyle medicine, neuromodulation, and injections. You will be able to practice independently as part of an interdisciplinary team in a collaborative model of care. You will also build a skillset to perform in-clinic injections and develop your interests in this exciting field. You can expect to see patients experiencing:

• Chronic neck and back pain
• Joint pain
• Fibromyalgia
• Complex regional pain syndrome
• Visceral pain
• Neuropathic pain

Schedule

• Full-time 1.0 FTE clinic outpatient position with procedural aspect
• Typically Monday through Friday day shifts
• Position primarily based in St. Cloud, MN at the River Campus Clinic with Willmar Clinic outreach 2-4 days/month
• No evenings, nights, weekends, holidays or call coverage

Requirements

To be eligible for this position you must meet the following requirements:

• Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
• Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota
• BLS Certification

Experience

Position open to new graduates with relevant work experience. AGNP certification accepted.
