The Job
Health System, a not-for-profit community hospital located in Washington, PA, is seeking a Board Certified Palliative Medicine Physician to join an established palliative/hospice service. This unique opportunity is open to an enthusiastic candidate interested in enhancing a quality palliative medicine program while leading a fellowship training program.

Inpatient consultation service averaging 8-10 patients per day
Continue development of outpatient services
Recruitment of fellowship candidates
Develop and direct the approved Fellowship in accordance with the general and specialty-specific regulations
Shared call with up to 4 other providers

Position details:
Fellowship trained preferred
Hospice and Palliative Medicine (Board Certified)
Prefer 2 years post graduate clinical experience
Teaching experience preferred
M.D. or D.O.
Hospital-employed position
