Assist the physician in the direct care of the patients in the operating room environment..

Functions under the supervision of the surgeon and registered nurse..

Handle instruments and supplies necessary during the surgical procedures..



Competent of the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon..

Maintain sterile field..

Proper handling of surgical specimens..

Assist in cleaning and stocking the operating room. What You'll Bring.

High school diploma or equivalent and graduate from a surgical technology program. At least one year of experience preferred. Certified Surgical Technologist through the NBSTSA.
