Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. graduates
- Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
- Physician must have an active, non-probationary AZ medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full medical licensure from the Arizona Medical Board
