Pacific Central Coast Health Centers, (PHC) a service of Dignity Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide services on the Central Coast of California (San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County). This is a wonderful opportunity for an NP to work with a diverse patient population and live on the beautiful Central Coast of CA.
Position Details:
- Fulltime, employed position through PHC, a service of Dignity Health
- Base salary plus productivity bonuses offered.
- M-F work schedule. No weekends. No Holdiays. No Call.

- Busy office with high volume of patients and strong referral network in place

Requirements:
- NP or PA license or ability to obtain license in CA
- Graduated from an accredited program
- Ability to work in the United States. Visa sponsorships are not available
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be independent and work autonomously but also collaborate with colleagues and staff.
