- Private group which has been in existence since 1990. Group currently has 18 physicians. Partnership track after year 1 of employment
- Competitive compensation structure inclusive of: 1099 model with guaranteed salary, sign on bonus and relocation reimbursement
- Hospital is Marian Regional Medical Center (MRMC), 1 beautiful, state of the art 200 bed facility located in Santa Maria, CA
- MRMC includes: 7 Operating Rooms, catheter lab, all imaging capabilities
- Call is evenly distributed amongst all group members
- Surgical capabilities include: cardiac, general surgery, Obstetrics, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, ENT, cardiac cath lab. Some pediatrics, MRO, GI. Minimal thoracic and vascular
Requirements:
- Ability to work in the United States
- Graduated from a ACGME approved program
- Active CA license or ability to obtain CA license
- Board eligible or Board certified in Anesthesiology
