As the Manager, Business Operations you will join a growing cross-functional Operations team that leads high-impact projects to support Coupa's growth. Your primary focus will be supporting the order management, CPQ process, and customer entitlements using Salesforce. In this role, you will be supporting a global team in multiple time zones and be accountable to our internal SLAs for customer provisioning and opportunity contracting.
You will also be supporting the alignment of all Coupa acquisitions into the existing Coupa process for Order Management. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for ensuring an accurate and aligned process, will be able to support the CVM and Sales teams with contract and entitlement questions, and effectively maintain the accuracy of our global customer entitlement records. Responsibilities:. Own overall order management process ensuring accuracy and compliance for all closed/won opportunities on a monthly basis.
Support global team who will drive day-to-day transactional tasks for order management. Maintain contract and subscriptions records for all active customer accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support acquisition/integrations for provisioning, CPQ/entitlement tracking, and overall order management process.
Support "ad hoc" operations related projects as deemed necessary by supporting Director/operations team. Partner with Deal Desk and Business Application team on future improvements to the provisioning and CPQ process Qualifications:. 5+ years experience in business operations.
Ability to think outside the box, with a keen focus on operational efficiency..
Experience with standard software tools (Salesforce, Google Suite, CPQ tools, etc.)..
Highly productive and proactive with minimal oversight..
Project management experience in Business Operations a plus..
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills..
Ability to communicate effectively between all levels within the organization..
