Responsibilities
: In this critical role, you will be part of a high impact team that drives the business strategy, packaging, pricing, and licensing for all of client. You will partner with business planners, product marketing managers, licensing teams, and sales teams to manage licensing support across the entire client product portfolio and ensure that key stakeholders are able to engage customers with clarity and confidence.

Licensing support: Act as central contact to intake, prioritize and resolve licensing issues that are not able to be resolved by the first-line licensing team Develop licensing subject matter expertise to help address ad hoc escalations and questions that require business planning input or resolution Act as a listening channel, sharing challenges, feedback, and opportunities for business planning consideration Develop quarterly reporting on trends and feedback from the field, based on data from Licensing Chatbot Document production: Develop licensing readiness materials ensuring all key stakeholders contribute to, review, and approve materials prior to publishing Integrate support findings into licensing FAQs and other licensing materials to improve clarity and knowledge across client products (proactive and reactive in response to frequent questions). Manage on-going maintenance and publishing of licensing materials, including monitoring, and responding to update requests Process optimization: Drive and orchestrate standardization and optimization for licensing support and readiness processes Engage team to assess process efficiency opportunities, drive alignment, and implementation of process changes Review, approve and leverage support from business planning team for aligning process improvements with relevant stakeholders AI Licensing: Monitor, review, and coordinate content updates required based on Licensing chatbot data. Ensure new content is created and existing content is updated to address areas the bot does not have sufficient material to answer queries correctly.

Work in cooperation with licensing support teams (LicenseQ, Licensing Concierge and ISV Concierge) to interpret policy, provide inputs and guidance on product licensing Qualifications: The successful candidate will be a result-oriented problem solver with the ability to integrate and document key licensing information and manage cross-group execution. 3+ years of experience in client program licensing (VL and CSP) and product licensing models for cloud solutions - MUST 3+ years of experience in program management and process optimization in tech industry; in licensing programs a plus Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with sales and marketing content development and execution A growth mindset to quickly learn client licensing models Experience in communicating and collaborating effectively to multiple audiences. Strong program/project management and cross-group collaboration skills Attention to detail, self-discipline, and self-motivation.

Experience in a complex, fast-paced business environment. Perceptive mindset, coupled with problem solving, judgement, decision making, and strategic capabilities. Undergraduate degree Top 3 skills: Cloud app licensing program management customer support Compensation: The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
