POSITION SUMMARY:

OSF is looking for a Doctoral level clinical psychologist to join the Adult Diagnostic Autism Clinic.

  • Candidates will provide direct patient care within the OSF HealthCare Adult Diagnostic Autism Clinic.
  • The Adult Diagnostic Autism Clinic is sought after by patients across multiple states, thanks to the work of Dr. Theresa Regan, one of the leading experts in the field.
  • Patient care includes patient and collateral interviews, questionnaire interpretation, and report writing as part of a differential diagnostic evaluation for autism.
  • Care also includes feedback to clients and families, including autism education and recommendations. Opportunities for brief counseling may be available.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Doctorate Psychologist must be a graduate of an approved, accredited school and be licensed to practice psychology in all of its branches in the State of Illinois.
  • Experience with assessment and evaluation of autism evaluation and diagnosis in patient population 14 and over is preferred, however, training will also be provided.

  • Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served
