The incumbent must be able to recognize, interpret, document and demonstrate skills as required by patient population on assigned nursing unit.Under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Nursing Director, assist in planning, monitoring and improving unit operations to achieve hospital goals of quality, service and positive outcomes.Position responsibilities include OR charge nurse duties as assigned.
