Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana is searching for a Head of our Section of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

We seek an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to lead the Section of Plastic Surgery. We are searching for an individual with proven leadership skills who enjoys direct patient care, building programs as well as teaching students, residents and fellows, and participating in clinical research. The Section of Plastic Surgery includes 5 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers who divide their time between providing direct patient care, teaching and conducting clinical research.

The successful candidate will be eligible for an academic appointment from our medical school, the Ochsner Clinical School, which enrolls over 100 medical students per year, and is affiliated with the prestigious University of Queensland (Australia). Ochsner has the largest Graduate Medical Education program in the state and share our Plastics Surgery Training Program with Tulane University.
