Hospitalist-Central Nebraska for 7 on/7 off schedule 115 bed Hospital employed practice seeks BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join their team. Base salary of $335,000 per year plus $30,000 for doing procedures and lines.

Quality bonus of $30,000 paid at the end of the contract year. Signing bonus of $25,000 and Relocation bonus of $20,000. WRVU production incentives paid after hitting 1,125 RVU s per quarter. Paid at $87.

78 per RVU over threshold. 7 days of Paid PTO. Can earn an additional $1,800 per day if you cover for other doctors who use their PTO days. 7on/7off schedule: week of nights rotated with 8 other physicians, so every 8 th week is nights.

3 on during the day, 1 on during the night each week. Patient volume on average: 15-20 during the daytime shifts. Open ICU-must be comfortable seeing ICU patients.

Hospital is seeking candidates interested in doing some procedures and central lines. They have an excellent ER department. Pulmonary Critical Care physician covers 10 days in the hospital: other days they have tele-ICU coverage if needed.
