Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

Travel experience is preferred.

Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Days, Monday - Friday between 08:00 - 16:30. Ideal candidate will be flexible to departmental needs. No weekends, no call.

Use multiple imaging modalities for diagnostic and interventional purposes (Fluoro, Ultrasound, CT, and MR).

Candidate must be comfortable and experienced with pediatric, neuro, and vascular interventional patient population.

Minimum two years clinical imaging experience required (Interventional Radiology experience required)

Knowledge of sterile technique and preparing trays for procedures.

Traveler must have experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital.

Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology.

Flaoting: Travelers are the first to float to floors working with children up to 1 year of age and/or based on the traveler's competency skills/experience.

The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs and/or different locations within the organization. During the traveler's assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.

QuantiFERON/TSpot results will NOT be accepted for any reason

UW Health requires TWO TB SKIN TESTS (PPDs) for onboarding. BLOOD TESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED 1st PPD must be uploaded NO later than one week prior to start date (and must be dated within 12 weeks prior to start date). 2nd PPD must be uploaded within 30 days from start date (please note- assignments may be terminated if traveler does not meet compliance within 30 days).

Maximum days off: 7 days
