• Facility: Lawton Indian Hospital; 26 bed facility with 30 full time credentialed providers
• Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
• Schedule: 12 hour shifts; 7a or 7p
• Full time commitment; shifts/month in block format
• patients per shift
• Weekly pay with travel stipend
• Any state license is accepted
