Froedtert South is seeking a full time board-certified/board-eligible psychiatrist to join our team. The successful candidate will start a solo practice initially which could increase with the addition of other providers with sufficient patient volume growth. We welcome candidates who have experience, expertise, and passion in this area. That said, we are incredibly flexible and welcome recently trained residents. The practice focus will be primarily outpatient with minimal inpatient medical consultations. There is no inpatient psychiatric unit.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid state of Wisconsin medical license
  • Board eligible or board certified in psychiatry by the America Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
  • Completion of an ACGME accredited Residency training in Psychiatry
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
