A health services network in Pennsylvania is looking to add a licensed Psychiatrist to join their growing Outpatient team in Berks County.

About the Opportunity:

• Start Date:ASAP
• Schedule:Monday to Friday
• Hours:8am to 4:30pm
• Setting:Outpatient
• Patient Population:Adult
• Patient Volume:5 to 8 per day
• EMR: Epic

Responsibilities:

The Psychiatrist will:

• Monthly medication management of all current patients
• Psychiatric evaluations of new patients
• Occasionally traveling in the community to local personal care home or patient'shomes
• Completingdocumentation as formatted
• Performingother duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree in Medicine
• Licensed to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Solid assessment and documentation skills
