No hospital call, "light" phone call 1:4

Flexible schedule with extended hours

BE BC, Hospital Employment

Busy practice, average 30 patients day

Mentoring and collaboration with 2 pediatricians

Level 3 Trauma Center, Cerner EMR

Base compensation plus wRVU, signing bonus, relocation, CME

Malpractice insurance, medical and life insurance
