Description:
Responsible for reviewing incoming customer disputes, to quantify the validity and process credits where appropriate within credit policy and company guidelines. To communicate denial of claims to customers and appropriate internal departments.

Skills:
High degree proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Administrative skills including attention to detail, organization in a fast paced corporate environment. Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing with internal departments and customers. Ability to work well in a team environment and develop relationships with internal departments to resolve disputes and outstanding issues quickly. Self-starter who takes intiative. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Shift: Mon-Friday 9:00 am- 6:00 pm CT

Skill/Experience/Education:
Mandatory:
High school graduate or equivalent experience or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which performs duties: Experience post high school training or education in accounting or customer service preferred. Highly proficient in Excel and 10 key skills and ability to read and write in English.
