We are seeking a full time/part time BE/BC Pediatrician tojoin our thriving practice in Northern MA. We have a modern, state-of-the-art,fully electronic office with an in-house diagnostic state certified laboratory.Patients are admitted to a Pediatric Hospitalist Program providing us 24 hrin-patient coverage. Tufts Hospital for Children subspecialty clinics arelocated adjacent to the practice.

Overview:

• Verylight newborn rounding at local hospital, once per week max.
• Nocoverage of C-section/deliveries required.
• FlexibleHours. Excellent work/life balance.
• Verylight call 1 night per week.
• Only35 minutes from Boston, reverse commute.

Qualifications:

• Allcandidates must be board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
• Mustobtain a valid MA license.
• Novisas sponsorship at this time.

Compensation:

• $190,000 to $250,000 base salary depending on experience
• 4%match, profit sharing, partnership potential
