Position: Pediatrician (Locum Tenens) Location: Various Locations, California Duration: Minimum 3 consecutive months (full-time)

Assignment Requirements:

• Licensure: Active and current medical license, DEA, and Furnishing License.
• Board Status: Board Eligible/Certified. Recent graduates must become Board Certified within 3 years.
• Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience, proficient with EMR systems.
• Patient Care: Ability to see all patient types without restrictions and manage medication refills/prescriptions.
• Productivity: Expected to see 23 pediatric patients per 8-hour day.

Locum Expectations:

• Documentation: Complete chart documentation and billing submission within 24-48 hours.
• Communication: Respond to refill requests within 48 hours.
• Inbox Management: Maintain fewer than 20 items in the basket over 5 days old.
• Form Completion: Finish patient forms within 5 days.
• Care Gaps: Address care gaps, such as immunizations, for each patient.
• Chart Reviews: Send chart reviews to RMD as per discussion.
