Overview: The student CT/MR Technologist under the supervision of a registered CT/MR Technologist is responsible to maintain regulatory and professional standards and exhibit strong decision-making capabilities. A close working relationship with Radiology leadership, radiologists, and the medical staff is required to maintain a cost-effective and patient-focused service. This position is responsible to provide care for patients undergoing CT/MR procedures using the approved workflows and procedural protocols. Student CT/MR Technologists in this position are able to demonstrate full knowledge of CT/MR equipment. Talent Pool; Allied Health Responsibilities: Assists with patient transport as necessary.

Consistently completes all exams and documentation in CHL and PACS. Consistently and accurately identifies all charges associated with studies. Addresses errors and resolves issues related to final product being sent to PACS.

Consistently demonstrates commitment to safe practices and supports Just Culture. Commitment to use Two for Two to accurately identify patients, follows procedures to avoid laterality errors, eliminate falls and ALARA. Completes all annual competencies by designated timeframe.

Exemplary model using AIDET, service excellence and service recovery.

Performs routine and special exams consistent with established protocols to minimize repeat examinations. Exam productivity is within established benchmark.
- Qualifications: EDUCATION: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited Radiology, Imaging or related educational program. EXPERIENCE: Required: 0-1 years in Healthcare-Radiologic Technologist LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: REQUIRED
Required: ARRT (RT-R) successfully passes CT/MR Registry (within 12 months of accepting this position)
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
