Graduate Digital Business Consultant

The Role

We are looking for graduates who are interested in a career in technology to join us as a part of our practice. When you join, you will take part in our software delivery and consultancy training, before joining one of our projects to help us deliver the latest generation of digital online services for one of our public or private sector clients. We have a number of exciting projects for clients ranging from central government to start-ups. Our projects are delivered either from our offices in Aldgate, London or from our client's offices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to experience a broad range of roles, gaining valuable experience across the many different career paths a business consultant could choose. As well as learning from varied experiences, we offer a generous training allowance, which will allow the candidate to develop their skills in a more formal manner.

We are

An independent software and technology consultancy who have clients in the public and private sector. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver exciting new digital services for our clients. We focus on understanding our client's business and work with them to deliver change that makes their business more effective. We are able to support our clients with their strategy, technical design, user experience, software development and delivery into live service. Our multidisciplinary teams have the drive, talent and creativity to take strategies from inception all the way through to successful business adoption.

We operate as a flat organisation, and believe in trusting and supporting all of our team to operate independently, making the most of their expertise in their field. We believe in giving everyone an opportunity to continually learn and grow in the direction they choose, and we actively help and support people to shape the career that they wish to have.

We take work-life balance seriously, enabling people to work flexibly where possible and we strive to create a fun and relaxed working environment that allows our team to thrive. We have annual company away days, organise company social events and hold regular technical meetups.

We believe that diversity makes us a stronger company and we seek to employ people with different ideas, styles and skill sets, each able to contribute in unique ways. This diversity engenders a richer, more creative environment - one in which our people develop and clients are served better.

About you..

Candidates should have a strong academic background and demonstrate genuine interest in technology.

We are looking for people who are logical, critical thinkers, who enjoy tackling different problems in a structured way without stifling creativity and innovation. Our consultants should be highly motivated self starters, have great interpersonal and communication skills, integrity and a strong desire to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients.

Our team is our strongest asset, you will be an excellent team player who recognises the strength of the team as a whole and can find their role within the Solirius team. Typical qualities of a Solirius consultant are:
