The Key Program in Worcester, MA is seeking both a Residential Clinician and a Community-Based Clinician.

$5,000 Hiring Bonus paid in two payments ($2,500 after 3 months and 6 months of successful employment)

Wage/Salary & Benefits Include:

$71,560 - $76,560 (LICSW o LMHC) OR $66,560 - $68,560 (MSW or LCSW)

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or related area of study; license preferred Must be at least 21 years of age or older
Valid state driver's license and legally registered and insured car for work use (Employee will be reimbursed for work-related mileage)
Must be able to work some evenings (flexible and non-traditional schedule; based on needs of youth and families.)

Responsibilities:
Key's clinical positions are open to flexible, creative, and energetic persons to provide therapeutic treatment to children and families
Performs diagnostic evaluations of clients by conducting intake interviews, strength-based assessments, investigating case histories through contact with appropriate collateral resources, and evaluating clients to determine treatment strategies
Provides intervention services by interviewing clients and/or families and evaluating and making appropriate referrals
Provides clinical services to families; assisting families in coordinating and utilizing appropriate treatment services and behavior management practices
Works collaboratively with referral source and Key staff to identify and implement treatment goals
May be expected to facilitate clinical groups such as DBT, anger management, substance abuse, etc.
Conducts and/or oversees all necessary program clinical services including the development and facilitation of client groups, parent groups, family counseling, and individual counseling
May provide clinical supervision to supervisory staff, maintains and updates supervision notes, and contributes to performance evaluations
Attends and participates in clinical supervision meetings
Prepares and maintains clinical case records and other required documentation according to guidelines.
