Responsibilities:
Effective assessment and treatment of patients.
Thorough documentation maintenance.
Contribution to planning, marketing, and developing new programs.
Facilitating clear communication with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
Sharing knowledge through in-service presentations to fellow therapists.
Collaborating in overall departmental operations.
