You will have the opportunity to choose your adventure and thrive at KJ. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for leading people and water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects.
These projects may span through planning, design and construction phases. You will provide project management and engineering expertise on water/wastewater infrastructure projects, including water transmission pipelines, sanitary sewer collection systems, tanks/reservoirs, pump stations, and water and wastewater treatment. You will also work closely with business development and technical leadership on project delivery and business growth.

Leading delivery of water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects through planning studies, design and constructionOverseeing design delivery (plans, specifications, and cost estimates) Mentoring project staff Supporting sales in collaboration with businesses development teamsCoordinating with in-house multi-discipline design teams (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and architectural) and specialized sub-consultantsManaging all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget and quality Qualifications: BS or MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or similar engineering field10+ years experience managing similar water/wastewater infrastructure projectsStrong writing and communication skills will enable your team to deliver an exceptional work product Ability to travel to project sites and potentially other Kennedy Jenks officesCalifornia Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain PE registration within 6 months of hireStrong technical knowledge of the water/wastewater industryDemonstrated ability to provide excellent client service and interact positively with clientsExperience supporting business developmentValid driver's license and acceptable driving record Kennedy Jenks supports a healthy work-life balance and utilizes a hybrid model of home and office work to empower our people to thrive and achieve their full potential.Salary range for this position is expected to be between $122,000 and $180,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications and geographic location.
