Summary

CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Energy Operations group for an Energy Operations Coordinator. This person is responsible for refined fuels and propane terminal set-ups to ensure accurate and timely accessibility for loading of products for customers. Maintain all information and electronic data received and requested relative to products, terminals, and customers.

The ideal candidate for this role must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; be a strong team player in a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment; be dedicated to process improvement; and have a strong focus on the customer experience. You must also be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and demonstrate accountability in your work.

Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry from trading slips into the systems of contract listing.
  • Process documents for signed contracts and provide supplier document packages to accounting department.
  • Control and update status of purchase invoice payments and contract execution.
  • Collect original documents (contracts, addendums, appendix to contracts) under purchase/sale agreements.
  • Track the fulfillment of CPT contracts (receive/check documents from seller, provide the seller with the documents indicated).
  • Track quantity of purchased/stored commodities.
  • Monitor execution status of export contracts, the quantity of purchased/sold goods and the quantity of goods which is to be purchased/sold.
  • Partner with accounting to perform monthly reconciliation.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)
  • 1+ years of relevant experience
  • High School diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Detail oriented with excellent accuracy
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience working in enterprise resource planning (ERP) operating systems, preferably JD Edwards and/or SAP
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
