Up to $30,000 Sign On Bonus* What We Are Looking For Navarro Regional Hospital's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is now hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to work in our 10 bed unit. What You Will Do Job Duties:. Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care. Assist physicians during examinations and procedures. Performs various patient test and administers medications within the scope of practice. Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills Minimum Requirements:. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current Texas Nursing License. One (1) year of experience required. BLS & ACLS upon hire Preferred Requirements:. Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Two (2) years of experience preferred. Cardiac Experience Required Working Hours:. 7:00p - 7:00a. Self-scheduling unit. Required to work every other weekend.
