Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Additional Details:

Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

Shift is 48 hrs. Tue - Fri

No call and must competent in both CT, X-ray and Surgery.

CT cross training is available.

They need to know Radiology also.

Tech preferred CT trained but if not we will train. The position is CT and Radiology so performing x-ray is a necessity and be willing to cover call if needed and cover in OR if needed.

The CT Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school.

Responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the performance of basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.

The CT Technologist demonstrates proficiency at routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures including but not limited to CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis extremities and biopsy/drainage procedures.

Responsibilities also include: knowledge of processing of CT system, surgical/sterile procedure, studies with or without contrast media and cross sectional anatomy.

Maximum days off: 10 days
