Details for the case: - Male Client - Located in Brook Park, MN - Straight Cather Care - Home has 2 dogs. Looking for FT or PT days or evenings. Flexible Schedule. Sunday: 0900-2000 Monday: 0800-1500 Tuesday: 0800-1500 Wednesday: 0000-1500 Thursday: 0400-1500 Friday: 0400-1200 Saturday: 0900-2200 You will not need to work holidays.

- Help maintain patients' treatment plans. - Monitor and report in patient symptoms and/or behaviors. - Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members. QUALIFICATIONS: - Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients. - RN or LPN Minnesota License.
- Ability to build rapport with patients - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
