Opportunity for a full time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Phoenix, AZ. The NP is responsible for providingcomprehensive primary health care services through the identification,management and/or referral of the health problems and the maintenance of theclient's health by means of preventive care and health promotion.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitionerschool
• Nurse Practitioner certificate issued by theArizona Board of Nursing
• Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license
• Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license
• Valid DEA certificate
• Current BLS
• Experience treating adults with chronic andacute conditions
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical methodsand techniques
• Ability to meet and deal effectively withclients, associates, and the general public
• Basic business English, spelling, andpunctuation skills
• Basic computer efficiency
• Valid AZ driver's license
• Competency in dealing with people of variouscultures and social status
• Certification to perform cardiopulmonaryResuscitation for the Health Care Professional (CPR) and AED through coursesthat follow the guidelines from the American Heart Association and Red Cross(cognitive and skills evaluations)
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Cardissued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioralhealth locations
